Purpose of Post

High Trees is recruiting hourly paid tutors in the following subject areas: ESOL, English, ICT, Maths, Teacher Training, Housing.

We are especially interested in teachers with a passion for nurturing and helping others succeed.  Adherence to industry accepted delivery, assessment, and quality measurement practices is required. We are looking for engaging and dynamic teachers who can offer high value and practical courses to existing users. Classes may be comprised of casual or regular users so teachers will need to have existing content that they can offer for varying skill levels.  Courses vary in duration from single day workshops to multi-week sessions.

How to apply:

Please send a CV, covering letter (no more than 2 pages), the applicant monitoring form and the additional information form to courses@high-trees.org with “Tutor” and the “teaching area” you are applying for in the subject line.

Please find JD attached for details.

All applications must be received by 11.30pm on Sunday the 16th of December, but applicants are encouraged to apply as soon as possible. Interviews will be held in High Trees in January 2019
