Hours: 2 days per week (14 hours), can be worked flexibly in agreement with High Trees but must include Tuesdays and one Saturday morning per month

High Trees Community Development Trust is a community anchor charity based in Tulse Hill in Lambeth. We deliver a range of services focused in 3 key areas – Children, Young People and Family Services, Employment, Education and Training and Community Engagement and Development. All our work is focused on improving the social and economic welfare of the local community.
Set up with funding from the Big Lottery Fund, LEAP is part of the “Better Start” initiative for families from pregnancy until their child is four. LEAP aims to transform the lives of babies, young children and their families.
The LEAP Parent Engagement Officer will sit within the Children, Young People and Families Team and will implement the LEAP community engagement strategy in Tulse Hill.
Using an approach that builds on the strengths and capabilities within the local community, you will create links and relationships with local parents, carers and communities in order for them to fully participate in community activities and the LEAP programme.
