For the first time, High Trees are running an accredited Level 1 course in Adult Social Care. It has been designed in partnership with employers for learners interested in a career in health and social care (whether this is as a care worker, a health care assistant or other social care roles – within the NHS or private sector). The course will cover the key skills needed for jobs in health and social care and the type of jobs available in the sector and includes a workshop with a recruiter in the sector. Every learner who successfully completes the course is guaranteed an interview with MiCare.
This 5 week course starts on 21st February, on Tuesdays and Fridays between 9.30am-3pm.
This course has been designed for people interested in moving into jobs in the sectors and having an accredited qualification will really make CVs stand out when applying for roles. At the end of the course an Information, Advice and Guidance session will be provided to all learners to help them with the next steps in their journey – whether this is looking for work or further learning.
If you are interested in this or any of our courses or have any questions about whether they are right for you, or if you are eligible, please call High Trees on 0208 671 3132, email firstname.lastname@example.org or pop in and see us at 220 Upper Tulse Hill, London, SW2 2NS.
