Use this tool to monitor the expenditure of each partner organisation and to flag whether funds are being over or underspend. This should be used alongside a spreadsheet for project outputs and project outcomes so that both expenditure and delivery are monitored on a regular basis. Two options are given, for both monthly and quarterly reporting.
