One Day Food & Hygiene Level 2

This one day course is run on Friday 26th June 10am – 3pm. The course is designed for anyone who works with, or handles food and wants to meet the UK food training requirements. In this course you will learn about the impact of food-borne illnesses, food safety hazards and contamination, food preservation, storage and temperature control, as well as HACCP.
