Yoga for Mindfulness (afternoon class)

This course focuses on yoga practice, mediation and breathing exercises for relaxation and stress reduction. This class runs every Monday 4pm – 6pm from the 3rd of October to the 28th of November at the High Trees Learning Centre.

This class will improve physical strength and balance as well as mental wellbeing, both ideal for beginners or those experienced in yoga.
