Yoga for Mindfulness – afternoon and evening options

This course focuses on yoga practice, mediation and breathing exercises for relaxation and stress reduction. This class runs every Monday either from 4pm – 6pm or from 6pm tp 8pm from the 23rd January to the 20th March at the High Trees Learning Centre.

This class will improve physical strength and balance as well as mental wellbeing, both ideal for beginners or those experienced in yoga.
