Yoga for Mindfulness

This course focuses on yoga practice, mediation and breathing exercises for relaxation and stress reduction. This class runs every Monday either from 4pm – 5.30pm from 22nd April to 1st July at the High Trees Hub.

This class will improve physical strength and balance as well as mental wellbeing, both ideal for beginners or those experienced in yoga.
