Yoga for Mindfulness
This course focuses on yoga practice, mediation and breathing exercises for relaxation and stress reduction. This class runs every Monday 6 pm – 8 pm from the 9th of May to the 4th of July at the High Trees Education & Training Hub
This class will improve physical strength and balance as well as mental wellbeing, both ideal for beginners or those experienced in yoga.
