Our Departments

The Community Action Team works to support residents from the Tulse Hill and neighbouring areas to build more active, represented and civically engaged communities. We do this through providing mentoring and practical support for community leaders, and offering training in community organising.

Our Departments

Our Operations team manage the smooth running of all our buildings and facilities, ensuring our venues provide a welcoming environment for all who use them. The Operations team does a lot of the important work behind the scenes that allows our teams to function and to deliver high quality services to the communities with which we work.

Our Departments

High Trees run an exciting variety of free courses, including functional skills ICT, English and Maths, ESOL classes, vocational courses, Family Learning, Art and Wellbeing and Community Organising courses. Our offer of accredited and non-accredited courses range from basic skills that can help with employment or build skills for everyday life, to specialised accredited courses that can provide routes into new areas (such as housing, community action or education).

Our Departments

The Employment and Careers Support Service provides practical, emotional and personal support to help people achieve both long-term career and short-term employment goals. We understand the barriers someone can face when trying to enter the job market or move into the next stage of their career. Our Information, Advice and Guidance service supports individuals to access appropriate training, career advice and employment opportunities.

Our Departments

Focusing on our partnerships, community based research and sector capacity building support, our Research & Development team work across all services, teams and wider Lambeth to develop collaborative working practices and strengthen the sector.
