This role will give an excellent understanding and experience in all aspects of Operations and Facilities Management. The Operations team has responsibility for all of our venues – providing an excellent environment for all our users and the role will assist (following full training) in carrying out premises health and safety checks (in line with legal requirements), arranging appointments with external contractors and setting up our sites for our activities. You will also assist will all aspects of our community venue hire. The role also has a strong administrative component and you will assist the Operations Manager with his role, updating our facilities software (as well as all Microsoft packages such as Excel and Outlook), implementing organisational policies, tracking and ordering supplies and answering queries from the public about our services by phone, email and in person.
