We are looking for a dynamic and committed candidate, who is passionate about quality improvement, committed to driving excellence across our education provision and ensuring we provide an outstanding Adult Education service to High Trees’ learners across all venues.

Our Quality & Learner Coordinator sits at the heart of our Education and Training team with responsibility for the quality assurance of both community learning and accredited provision and will support the education service to maintain and improve quality in all key areas. Our Q&L Coordinator plays a central role in supporting the development of our curriculum ensuring it responds to community need and supports learners to succeed and progress. You will also play a central role in supporting Learner Voice and the performance of all learners including the monitoring of Pass, Achievement, Attendance and Retention rates.

You will be responsible for the selection and the management of a pool of freelance tutors and ensure they deliver contextualised, high quality and engaging courses across our provision. You will conduct graded observations of our tutors and provide a range of CPD opportunities in order to enhance Teaching, Learning and Assessment (TLA) practices. You will also ensure that the delivery of our qualifications are in line with accreditation guidelines and in compliance with the Awarding Organisations.
