All our work is focused on improving the social and economic welfare of the local community.
Our Operations Manager plays an integral role in ensuring the smooth running of our organisation and ensuring all we do is an example of best practice – taking the lead on our back office functions to enable us to deliver high quality services to the communities in which we work. Our Operations Manager is supported by a dedicated team, making sure the day to day running of our four busy community buildings and offices are taken care of and as an organisation we are running as a model of best practice- compliant with all current legislation, satisfying legislative requirements for health and safety, the charities commission, GDPR and as an employer.
