Information for our Service Users

Although High Trees returned to face to face delivery in September 2020, we have now had to return to a fully remote service (with the exception of our Digital Hub) in line with Government guidelines. 

The individual service pages on this website have full details of what we are running, how to sign-up, and the contact details for all the teams if you have any questions about our services or would like further information.  We understand that many of our users may lack the equipment at home or the confidence to sign up to our services (whether this is a online course, employment support or activities for young people), and we do not want this to be a barrier for anyone.  Our teams are ready to give one on one support via phone, whatsapp/text or via an online method to ensure you can get signed-up and are supported to access our services, and if you are concerned that your IT equipment or lack of internet access may be an additional barrier please talk to the teams about how we can help.

We understand this is an incredibly difficult time for all of our service users and will continue to ensure that High Trees are doing all we can to meet the needs of our communities.
