Art for Wellbeing

Art for Wellbeing is a creative course designed to help you explore drawing and painting as a way to relax, express yourself, and boost your wellbeing. You don’t need any previous art experience – this is about enjoying the process, not creating a “perfect” picture. Over the sessions, you’ll try different techniques in drawing and painting, experiment with colours and textures, and discover how art can support mindfulness, reduce stress, and build self-confidence. You’ll have the chance to reflect on your own creative journey, connect with others in a supportive group, and create a collection of artworks that are uniquely yours. This course runs every Monday 1.30pm - 3.30pm from 6th October to 24th November.

At the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Learn and apply at least three new drawing techniques
