High Trees has a wide range of venues available to suit all types of events.
Our venues can accommodate different types of events, from meetings and conferences to baby showers, church services, birthdays, and more.
We offer discounts to charities, long term bookings and local residents. Some of our venues include kitchen facilities and the rooms can be set up to suit your event with refreshments, projectors, flip charts, laptops and smartboards available upon request.
All money raised from our venue hire goes directly into supporting our charitable services.
Our venues
Training Room 1
- Capacity: 40 people
- Cost: From £36/hour
Based at the High Trees Hub, our large meeting room is ideal for conferences, meetings, workshops as well as social and religious gatherings. It comes fully equipped with an interactive panel.
Tulse Hill Adventure Playground
- Capacity: 60 people
- Cost: From £38/hour
Tulse Hill Adventure Playground is perfect for all types of events, including birthdays, anniversaries, parties and social/religious gatherings. It has large vast grounds and an outdoor seating area, with space for childrens activities e.g. bouncy castle. It also has separate kitchen facilities and three toilets.
Scout Hut
- Capacity: 60 people
- Cost: From £33.50/hour
The Scout Hut is ideal for events like birthdays, anniversaries, memorial services and social/religious gatherings. It features an open plan kitchen with a fridge, microwave, kettle and worktop, plus an interactive panel. It also has a small private outdoor area and access to a larger communal outdoor space.
Training Room 2
- Capacity: 20 people
- Cost: From £40/hour
Based at the High Trees Hub, Training Room 2 comes fully equipped with 18 computer desktops, a smart board, and additional space for use of laptops. It can also be used as a conference/meeting room with seating for up to 25 people.
Meeting Room
- Capacity: 10 people
- Cost: From £24/hour
Based at the High Trees Hub, our Meeting Room is ideal for meetings, presentations and group working.
Pods 1 and 2
- Capacity: 3 people (per pod)
- Cost: From £16/hour (per pod)
Based at the High Trees Hub, our individual pods are ideal for one to one meetings or focused individual work.
