Bookings During Lockdown
Due to the current lockdown, we are not currently able to hire out our venues. If your booking meets the limited criteria allowed by current restrictions (eg. a support group) or if you would like to discuss whether they do, please get in touch and we’d be happy to discuss it.
You can also use the ‘Enquire Now’ button on this page to book venues from 1st March 2021, which will be fully refundable if lockdown restrictions continue.

High Trees has a wide range of venues available to accommodate your event. From meetings and conferences to baby showers and birthdays, we are able to accommodate your event no matter what it may be.
All of our venues come with free Wi-Fi, tea, coffee & water and with discounts offered to charities, long term bookings and local residents.
The majority of our venues also come with a kitchen as standard and the rooms can be set up to meet the needs of your event with refreshments, projectors, flip charts, laptops and smartboards available upon request.
All money raised from our venue hire goes directly into supporting our charitable services.
Large Meeting Room
Based at the High Trees Learning Centre, our large meeting room can hold up to 60 people seated, ideal for conferences and meetings as well as social & religious gatherings, it comes fully equipped with a projector and smartboard.
Tulse Hill Adventure Playground
The Tulse Hill Adventure Playground is perfect for almost any type of event. It can hold up to 80 people and also has a separate kitchen as well as 3 toilets. It has large vast grounds which includes a large outdoor seating area and space for children’s activities, such as a bouncy castle. It is perfect for birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries, parties and social/religious gatherings.
The Scouts Hut
The Scouts Hut can comfortably fit up to 60 people and is ideal for events such as birthday celebrations, anniversaries, memorial services and religious gatherings. It has fully functioning open plan kitchen area which includes fridge, cooker, microwave, kettle and worktop.
Based at the High Trees Learning Centre, our ICT Suite comes fully equipped with 15 computer desktops, a smartboard, projector and additional space for use of laptops. It can also be used as a conference or meeting room with seating for up to 25 people.
