He leads a team of experienced Employment and Careers Advisors, works closely with Employers to help them fulfil their own requirements and ensures our service is responsive to the needs of our beneficiaries.

Debbie is the Building Young Brixton Partnership Coordinator and Senior Youth Worker. Debbie supports the service delivery across the 9 Building Young Brixton partner organisations and ensures that our services are as joined up as possible, through cross-referrals, joint events and BYB challenges. Debbie is also responsible for all BYB communication.

Graham leads on our Community Action work, working with the community to facilitate action and campaigns and taking a community organising approach to support groups and individuals to take action in areas important to them. Graham is also responsible for the delivery of our Community Organising training, and for providing mentoring and practical support to those using the approach.

Mohammed is responsible for the smooth running of all our buildings and facilities, ensuring our venues provide a welcoming environment for all who use them. Mohammed is also responsible for supporting income generation through venue hire to plough back into our charitable activities, and does a lot of the important work behind the scenes that allows our teams to function and to deliver high quality services to the communities with which we work.
