Alessio is an Employment and Careers Advisor – offering bespoke one-to-one employment support, including to those with multiple barriers and running group workshops for our beneficiaries. Alessio also offers support at our weekly Jobs Club.
Employment and Welfare Advice Manager
Andrew leads our Employment and Welfare Advice Service, which delivers one-to-one Employment Support to hundreds of Lambeth residents each year to move them into employment. He leads a team of experienced Employment and Welfare Advisors, works closely with Employers to help them fulfil their own requirements and ensures our service is responsive to the needs of our beneficiaries.
Anna, alongside Grace, is High Trees Co-CEO. Their main responsibility is to provide leadership to deliver the vision, strategy, and services that we deliver at High Trees and to ensure the organisation and staff are able to thrive.
Quality and Curriculum Coordinator
Audette is responsible for the Quality and Curriculum of all our Adult Education courses, ensuring that they meet the needs of the community, supporting tutors to make sure they’re all of an excellent standard and that our accredited courses meet the requirements of the awarding bodies.
BYB Partnerships Officer & Youth Worker
Debbie is the Building Young Brixton Partnerships Officer and Youth Worker. Debbie supports the service delivery across the 9 Building Young Brixton partner organisations and ensures that our services are as joined up as possible, through cross-referrals, joint events and BYB challenges. Debbie is also responsible for all BYB communication.
Play and Youth Worker
Denzel is a Play and Youth Worker at Tulse Hill Adventure Playground. He works with the team to deliver our youth services, our play sessions and delivers one-to-one coaching in schools.

Einas is a Play and Youth Worker at Tulse Hill Adventure Playground and is our Creative Lead. She works with the team to deliver our youth services, our play sessions and delivers one-to-one coaching in schools.
Children, Young People and Families Manager
Elen is our Children, Young People and Families Manager based at the Tulse Hill Adventure Playground. Elen leads the team to deliver year-round play and youth programmes at Adventure and youth-coaching within our local schools. Elen ensures that youth voice remains at the heart of all of our planning for our services to make sure they meet the need of the children, young people and families who use them.
Giuseppe is the Education and Training Service Coordinator. Giuseppe is responsible for scheduling and coordinating all of our Adult Education Courses, supporting learner enrollment and most importantly take the lead on data management for this service.
Grace, alongside Anna, is High Trees Co-CEO. Their main responsibility is to provide leadership to deliver the vision, strategy, and services that we deliver at High Trees and to ensure the organisation and staff are able to thrive.
Community Action Manager
Graham leads on our Community Action work, working with the community to facilitate action and campaigns and taking a community organising approach to support groups and individuals to take action in areas important to them. Graham is also responsible for the delivery of our Community Organising training, and for providing mentoring and practical support to those using the approach.
Jawad is a Community Organiser sitting in our Community Action Team. He works with groups and individuals to facilitate action in their communities in areas that matter to them. Jawad also works within High Trees to promote user voice across all our services, working across our teams to ensure the ethos of Community Organising is present in all our work.
Joan is the Administrator in our Adult Education and Training team, helping to set up the courses, organise enrolment and promoting the courses across Lambeth. She helps us keep on top of all the data and administration that sit alongside our courses.
Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Joyce is our Monitoring and Evaluation Officer – setting up the systems and supporting all our services to ensure that robust monitoring and evaluation underpins all our services and allows us to plan and alter our services accordingly.
Laura is the Learning Centre morning Receptionist, Wednesday to Friday. She creates a welcoming atmosphere for all our learners and visitors, and answers queries about all our current services.
Liz is our Finance Assistant, making sure our finance system functions smoothly and dealing with the administration of High Trees’ finances.
Mohammed is responsible for the smooth running of all our buildings and facilities, ensuring our venues provide a welcoming environment for all who use them. Mohammed is also responsible for supporting income generation through venue hire to plough back into our charitable activities, and does a lot of the important work behind the scenes that allows our teams to function and to deliver high quality services to the communities with which we work.
Education and Training Manager
Morgana leads our Adult Education and Training service – overseeing the delivery of accredited and non-accredited training to over 500 Lambeth residents each year, both our sites and across a range of community venues in Lambeth including Children Centres and Libraries. Morgana is responsible for ensuring learner voice is central to planning and delivering our programmes and making sure we remain responsive to local needs and interests.
Communications and Fundraising Officer
Olivia is High Trees’ Communication and Fundraising Officer, working with all the teams to ensure we’re effectively reaching those who need our services with our online and paper based literature, and keeping our social media and website up to date. She also works on our online fundraising projects.
Facilities Officer and Receptionist
Pam splits her time between being the first point of contact for all at the Learning Centre, welcoming learners, answering queries on all we do and helping the centre run smoothly, and keeping the facilities going behind the scenes for our venue hire and our charitable services.
Receptionist and Premises Assistant
Siria is our Monday and Tuesday Receptionist at the Learning Centre, responsible for creating a welcoming environment for all our learners and visitors and answering the very varied enquiries we get each day. Siria also looks after our sites on a Sunday, creating a professional and welcoming space for our hirers.
Partnerships and Development Manager
Steph is our Partnerships and Development Manager, working across Building Young Brixton and Place For All to help facilitate collaborative working, referral routes, joint training and the joint communications, also working to ensure the monitoring and evaluation of this joint working is carried out effectively.
