Baby Yoga

Yoga will allow you to learn ways to stay healthy and well, reduce stress, be more calm, balanced and flexible. This course will help you manage your own physical exercise programme to help you increase your energy levels and breathing. The course will include stretching, basic yoga postures and breathing techniques followed by a relaxation. We encourage parents to bring their babies (0- crawling) along and have fun with the whole family or simply make new friends ad learn yoga skills to replicate at home! The course runs on Thursdays 1pm-2.30pm from 18th September to 27th November at Maytree Nursery, 4 Allingham Road SW4 8EG. Please wear comfortable/gym clothing. Yoga math provided. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided.
