High Trees have decided to host our very first Lambeth Charity Networking Event on Thursday 9th May between 4pm – 6pm at the High Trees Hub (220 Upper Tulse Hill, SW2 2NS) and we hope to see many of you there!
We believe there’s an appetite among Lambeth charities for more opportunities to get together with their peers outside what’s currently on offer, particularly for organisations who are smaller or more recently established, but among the whole sector too. People have told us that they really value the opportunity to meet and share with others who do similar work, whether this is to share learning or challenges or find out about others’ work and new opportunities and currently they don’t feel there’s enough opportunities to do this.
At this stage we want to hear from you before we decide whether it will largely be based on a free-flow chance to talk among ourselves, or whether some more structured element would be welcomed. We can also promise wine/soft drinks, possibly some mini snacks and definitely a chance for more of us to meet each other in person.
