We’re thrilled to share that the Build Your Future programme will continue for a third year, allowing us to keep supporting young people across Lambeth and Southwark to take their next steps towards employment.
Through the programme, we work with young people who are not currently in education, employment or training (NEET), helping them build essential skills, grow in confidence and access meaningful employment opportunities. This programme is delivered in partnership with the Indoamerican Refugee and Migrant Organisation (IRMO).
The continuation of Build Your Future means we can provide consistent, personalised support to young people who may face additional barriers when entering the workplace, helping them recognise their strengths, develop their skills and work towards their goals.
Build Your Future is one part of our wider employment support offer at High Trees, which is available to all Lambeth residents who are currently not in work. We’re proud to continue investing in the potential of young people and look forward to another year of helping our participants build skills, confidence and brighter futures.
