We’re pleased to announce that our Employment and Careers team have been re-awarded the Matrix Standard 3-year accreditation!
This international standard, owned by the Department for Education, is the leading accreditation for information, advice and guidance services. Continuing to hold the award is a testament to the quality of employment support delivered by the team. As an ongoing accreditation, it also holds the Employment team accountable for undergoing continuous self-improvement, with improvement checks taking place every 12-24 months.
Our employment advisors received fantastic feedback as part of this award. They were highly praised for their professional relationships with clients, maintaining close contact throughout the employment support process. Clients interviewed re-affirmed this, saying “[The advisor] kept in touch to see how things were going, even after I got the job. They were always there for me.” The information and guidance provided was seen as exemplary, particularly their use of an outcome focused approach and dedication to addressing client’s wider needs through signposting and referral.
