We recently wrapped up the last of our Mindful Mandala Mosaic sessions. The 6-week course helped participants to get creative, working with different colours and patterns and learning a variety of mosaic techniques. During the final session everyone showed off their finished mosaics and reflected on what they had learned.

Our learners reported that in addition to encouraging their creativity, the course also helped them to improve communication skills and increase their confidence. Those taking part also improved their wellbeing by learning about mindfulness, making new friends and connecting to their local community.
