The High Trees Employment Team have been working collaboratively with the High Trees Education & Training Team, to prepare candidates recently made redundant, in applying for Civil Service roles. A number of candidates have secured roles within the Civil Service and some have secured alternative employment. There have also been several interviews secured in a variety of sectors despite these challenging times.
We are also doubling the size of our Employment Team which in turn will increase our capacity to meet the demands of this current climate. With the imminent introduction of a Welfare Service to support the Employment Service we currently provide, we are best placed to provide a fully rounded support service to High Trees beneficiaries. These changes ensure the High Trees Employment Service will remain an essential contributor to the advancement and wellbeing of its beneficiaries and wider community.
